A picture with pop's delicious energy yet none of its attendant risk, a flick that no one will love but everyone will like.. I found it interminable.. Coherent, hilarious and surprisingly sweet.. A happy, hoot-and-holler crowd-pleasing package.. So shameless is this movie's urge to batter you into laughter and tears that you give in, exhausted and maybe even a little grateful..
